Curious about gel plate printing? It's a no fuss way of making beautiful collage papers as well as completed paintings. It's fast, fun and fabulous! Create patterns, layers and textures using stencils, paint and some unexpected tools.
Learn the foundational techniques of printing with paint and a gel plate. We will provide everything you need. Our studio has invested in enough large (8" by 10" and 12" by 12" gel printing plates) for a large group of students. We use only the best acrylic paints, and have a huge collection of stencils and stamps to work with. Go home with several pieces you created in just two and a half hours!
This basic course is a great introduction to techniques that help you hit the ground running in our other gel printing courses. Take this class to get comfortable with the medium!

$50 plus a $15 materials fee covers the use of all of the paints, papers, stencils and stamps you could imagine using.
